The Train The Trainer course provides the necessary teaching and reinforcement steps to prepare Company employees for the task of undertaking effective training for other members of staff. The course focuses on understanding both the learning and teaching processes, together with tips for providing structured and enjoyable training sessions.

The Train The Trainer course should be considered in association with Course MG103: Presentation Skills, where such additional training is considered to take a major supporting role.
