MG104  Internal Quality Auditing (ISO 9000)

The Internal Quality Auditing course is designed to prepare Quality Managers and other key staff for the mandatory function of auditing the Quality Management System. It is recommended that the Company ensures that several individuals undertake the auditing course to ensure both cover for loss of key personnel, and to ensure that the Auditor remains fully independent of the area to be audited.

Course Objective

The objective of this course is to train the individuals to examine the Company’s Quality Management System in a manner that will provide assurance to the Company for successful certification or surveillance visits from the selected Registrar. The course also seeks to identify those key areas where problems could occur, and teaches ways to maximize the Company’s ability to achieve a successful external audit result.

Candidate Profile

This course is specifically designed for those members of staff who will be undertaking the Internal Quality Audits, however, it is a good opportunity for non-audit staff to become familiar with the audit process, and what is expected from them (normally mid-Management staff).
