The weekend begins with registration between 5:00 & 6:00 pm  Friday evening, and then everyone is transported to the campsite approximately one mile away.  We talk about camp, and we mean just that – this is not the kind of retreat that can be done in the comfort of a church fellowship hall – we shall be spending our time in God’s land, in tents around the campfire!

Food:
The food will be simple and plentiful, but if there are any special dietary requirements, please let one of our team know beforehand.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Sleeping will be in readily assembled tents during the weekend.  The tents sleep four people comfortably, or five very good friends!  If you have a preference in terms of people you would like to share a tent with, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.  The ground is fairly rocky, so it is in your interest to bring an inflatable mattress.

Cost:
Due to the anticipated response to this retreat, we are operating on the strict basis of ‘first come, first served’. The cost per man is $100, which includes registration, meals, and place in a tent! The cost is non-refundable.

Due to the intense timeframe that we shall be working to, we must insist that all attendees make sure that they are at the registration area between 5:00 and 6:00 pm Friday. In the event of an emergency, please phone the contact number, and we shall make arrangements for one final check for individuals at 7:00 pm.

The weekend will be packed, and will finish at 3:00 pm Sunday. At that time, everyone will be transported back to their vehicles.
